randomTickSpeed, spawnRadius, maxEntityCramming and maxCommandChainLength accept non-integer value

Mobs max spawn radius is now 44 blocks at all sim distance

The gamerule spawnRadius doesn't work anymore on respawn (always respawn at the same place)

Can respawn in a solid block with default spawnpoint
