BDS-15279unable to access store, skins, and resource packs
loaded in to minecraft and a message popped up saying "classic minecraft texture pack deactivated, this account does not own this pack" tried opening the store and got error code L-500.

Same I logged on and saw it had all disappeared.
I am pretty scared for my stuff
I am on Xbox 1 it has also spread to my phone and my ipad

However, this issue is Invalid.
Issues such as these are often due to a temporary service outage, and are handled by the team outside the bug tracker.
Watch Mojang Status for official announcements, or Downdetector for community reported outages.
If there is no general outage, please first try to verify that the problem is not with your local connection or network settings. Afterwards contact Community Support for assistance and refer to this ticket (e.g. "I have reported this issue on Mojira as MCPE-XYZ.").
You might also try to deactivate any VPN in use, and check your firewall settings. If your device supports mobile data, try switching to wifi. If possible, try using a different wifi network.
If you are still unable to access a paid service such as a realm or purchased content, please contact Mojang Support.

OcelotOnesie, if it was, indeed, a service outage, why does it happen every single time a lot of us log in? No matter what we try, our stuff is gone. Stuff we bought with real money. And the Marketplace has always had trouble connecting. A lot of times, I can't even get into the Marketplace. This is NOT a temporary problem, but one that has been ongoing for a LONG time, and has been mentioned too many times to count, and Mojang has done nothing about it. You are literally losing customers over this issue. Fix it, or continue to lose the costumers you claim to value so highly.
