BDS-17945Administrators can't adjust cheat options
In the settings options, click Cheat Mode cannot be turned on, only in the server background can be turned on Cheat Mode, and all commands can no longer be used in the player chat box。
Administrators cannot adjust cheat options, and this bug was fixed in version 1.18.

Can you please provide more details how to reproduce this issue?
