I've noticed the same bug over and over again for a long time.
If you play on a server or on a friend's world, after a while you can't open your inventory or chests. After logging out and logging in again, the error is fixed. Does it only occur on BDS or it can be reproduced on local worlds/Realms as well?

I'm 99 percent sure that the bug can't occur on local worlds.
