My friends and I recently started a new minecraft survival in 1.10, after we changed the version to 16w32b we started to find green villagers and villagers that were messed up. Is this a bug in 1.11?

Green villagers are intentionally re-added, and the other has been reported already.

Continuing to see with 16w33a.
Let me add as well that you can not interact with them. They just take up space.
