MC-107232Mobs can push each other into blocks on world load
Mobs, if crammed in one spot (with maxEntityCramming set to default), will push each other into blocks, which allow them to glitch through them on world load (possibly chunk load).
Not that easy to replicate. Happens 1 in N times, where N is a relatively low integer number.

Singleplayer world.

What is different with other similar bug reports is - mobs seem to be in blocks client side only. Relog puts them back into position. Mobs cannot see the player, even it it appears to be outside of the trap, but player can hit them.

This is the same bug as the animals coming out of fences bug. The block the blaze clips through is non-solid like a fence.
Its a different issue - I would request to reopen the case. What is different in this case - mobs seem to be in blocks client side only. Relog puts them back into position. Mobs cannot see the player, even it it appears to be outside of the trap, but player can hit them.
This is also an old reported bug. Mobs go through blocks client side, then snap back to their old positions repeatedly. I'm on mobile so I can't find the report # rn, sorry.
