Works as intended.
It says that the green villagers spawn in villages, see
MC-45489.this technically also dupes
MC-45489because the villager spawn is already broken.[Helper] gaspoweredpick, that's unrelated to this ticket.
This part of the bug is what i already reported and it got resolved to
MC-45489, that's why this ticket is really a dupe ofMC-106063andMC-45489.To be fair, this can be viewed both ways. Linked
