MC-109104Portal in the end is at Y=64. Placing 4 crystals does not respawn the dragon
Placing the 4 crystal on the end portal rim does not respawn the dragon.
Read description of how to push the rim down by 1 level using water and using two crystals. This did not work either. It was mentioned the portal should be at level 60. Mine is at level 64

Does
MC-104897describe your issue?It does! But the link in the Work around no longer is valid. I have to break the portal so that a new one can be created?

Then this is a duplicate of
MC-104897. You can try the workaround in the description.as I said above the link in the workaround is no longer valid.
The workaround still works fine for me. You may need to use creative mode or another method of removing bedrock.
