MC-11672Right-clicking outside of the inventory tab while holding a stack drops whole stack
When one right-clicks while holding an item stack with their cursor outside of an inventory window, and when in Creative mode, this action drops the entire stack from the player's inventory, as opposed to one item from the stack as in Survival mode. This is redundant and I consider it a bug, as you can do the same thing by left-clicking instead of right-clicking. Right-clicking should drop just one item from a stack, regardless of game mode.

Confirmed for the survival inventory tab. Any other tab works as expected.

MC-5929was not completely fixed.Still a concern in 1.7.4/5 and 14w08a
Cannot Reproduce in 1.8.1 Pre3, assuming it's Fixed.
