If you place a pressure plate and an item frame on a block and then move on them the pressure plate begin to stuck in the item frame and will not be deactivated.

If you place a pressure plate and an item frame on a block and then move on them the pressure plate begin to stuck in the item frame and will not be deactivated.
Also, the item frame texture glitches in the pressure plate.
