MC-130102Items enchanted in the Anvil with enchanted books don't get the 'Enchantments' NBT-tag.
When enchanting any item in the Anvil with enchanted books, the enchanted item will not glow and the enchantments given by the enchanted books do not work.
This is probably caused by the fact that the enchanted item still has the 'ench' NBT tag instead of the new 'Enchantments' NBT tag, see attached screenshot.
