MC-138145Wither Rose and Cactus will not take damge to the player when on a flower pot
Basically, when ever you put a Wither Rose on a Flower Pot it would not wither you when you stand on it.
- The first picture shows how its suppose to work.
- The second picture is me not taking damage on top of the flower pot
- The third picture is my house in 1.14 snapshots
Also I found out that you don't take damage on cactus in a flower pot as well...
Anyway I hope this helps and is a bug
