MC-144504instant_health and instant_damage effect icon images incorrectly named
In the 19w08a snapshot, effect icons were individualised. Icons were added for 3 effects that previously had none: saturation, instant_health and instant_damage. The naming convention for the icons is to match the image name to the internal name for the effect. The effect icons for instant_health and instant_damage are named 'heal' and 'harm', when they should be named "instant_health" and "instant_damage". Renaming these icons in a resource pack shows the respective image correctly in-game. The icon for saturation is correctly named and thus unaffected.
