I played with friends. We found a biome in which the pandas spawn. Deciding to put the pandas in a boat and take them home. When we drove they caught on blocks of foliage and took damage, we decided to feed them to restore the health of the panda. Suddenly they saw this terrible spectacle.

Why is this marked as resolved? The issue is still a thing in 1.20.1 with no difference and no one is gonna tell me that it was intended to break panda's neck when you put it in a moving boat.
Look further than the status.
Why?
Whose idea was to willfully implement this? Since when animals with completely wrong rotation of heads is intended.
Even the particles are in the wrong place.
