Repeater texture bug
When a repeater is powered from the side by another repeater the tick counters texture is changed to the texture of bedrock, and it can't be powered anymore.
What I expected to happen was
nothing.
What actually happened was...:
the texture of the tick counter on the repeater changed to bedrock and was no longer able to be powered.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. place a repeater going sideways and power it
2. place another repeater on the end of it and point it up or down the texture will be different
3. try to power the repeater with the weird texture

This is the intended behavior, it's called repeater locking.
