MC-190534Bell swings in wrong Direction when attached to Wall and powered with Redstone
When Bells are attached to a Wall and then powered with Redstone they swing in the wrong Direction. Although this bug was already reported (MC-185749), I just want to remind this bug, because I guess 1.16 will be released very soon and it would be nice if this bug was fixed.
