No animals are spawning under the specified conditions that they are supposed to resulting in no cookable food(as in food from animals) available late game and if you don't make farms early then you have no animal food.

No animals are spawning under the specified conditions that they are supposed to resulting in no cookable food(as in food from animals) available late game and if you don't make farms early then you have no animal food.
They spawn very rarely after world generation, please provide exact steps on how you are trying to spawn them as it is likely an issue with your setup.
