MC-225795The player sometimes loses a full hunger shank instead of half of one
Sometimes you lose one full hunger shank instead of half of one at a time. Seems to occur most often when you have 9.5 hunger shanks, then you will suddenly have 8.5.
Not sure how to reproduce it, but it happens fairly commonly.
I was on hard difficulty when it occurred.
Possibly caused by rounding.

Due to how much exhaustion is given when regenerating health, it is possible to lose two points of hunger depending on how much exhaustion the player had before trying to heal. This works as intended.
