MC-28066Sprinting down stairs doesn't work
What I expected to happen was...:
Sprinting down stairs should take the same time as sprinting up stairs.
What actually happened was...:
Sprinting down stairs is no faster than walking. Sprinting up stairs is almost twice as fast as walking, works fine.
Steps to Reproduce:
Make stairs, time sprinting up, then sprinting down the same stairs, and compare.
Environment
Windows 7, Java Version 7 Update 21 (build 1.7.0_21-b11)

Intended. When you sprint off a step, you are in the air for a bit, so your acceleration is decreased greatly.
