MC-29153Blocks cannot be placed on carpet. Carpet cannot be placed on some blocks.
Blocks like beds, signs, chests etc. can't be placed on carpets, no matter what the block underneath the carpet. In addition, carpet cannot be placed on slabs that are placed in the bottom half of a block, instead appearing floating in the block ABOVE.
