MC-3236Torch fire particle flickers all over the screen
Instead of the torch's fire particles appearing on the torch, they flicker around the screen at strange positions.
Only tested on multiplayer, though.

Windows 7 64-bit, Java version 7 update 9, video card is EVGA GTX 470
