MC-40971Minecarts riding Boats
I summoned in this stack: /summon Minecart ~ ~ ~ {Riding:{id:Boat}} When I right-clicked it, the minecart just fell off and the message "Press LSHIFT to dismount" was popped, as if I was on the minecart, even though I wasn't riding anything. I am 100% vanilla.

I can confirm this issue happens in snapshot 13w48b.
The user is forced to walk again and the "Press LSHIFT to dismount" disappears after a second.
Intended. If you right-click the minecart, it responds as you would expect. If you right-click the boat, you are essentially trying to take the place of the minecart in the stack which immediately throws you out of the boat because it's not a legal position.

I clicked the minecart, but the base was in the boat.
