MC-48110Mass mob spawning chunk bug
Was walking around on my server and found a chunk bug, there was one creeper that proceeded to rapidly duplicate causing massive server lag and console spam.
What I expected to happen was...:
not this!!!
What actually happened was...:

To reproduce:
1. find a chunk bug
2. hope there's an entity in it/ spawn one in
3. entities duplicate.
Currently seen zombie, creeper, eggs, raw chicken all on the same server.
All mobs have currently been on the chunk border when they duplicate.
