MC-50248Some transparent blocks work now like solid ones

Mobs sofocate (also player), and stops beacon. You can as allways open chests with that blocks up it and they don't transfer redstone. Glass, stained glass, slabs and stairs are not affected by this.

They were previously wrongly marked as 'transparant'.
so... the bug is that in 1.7.X and after, these blocks were transparent by error? I don't see any meaning to sofocate in leaves...
