Items do not go into chest from a Hopper while it is receiving items from two directions/inputs
Affects all versions 1.5.2-14w11b (did not test in 1.5.1)
A 'hopper' inputting into a chest will stop item flow into the chest when receiving items from two or more inputs( outer 3 hoppers in the attached images) until either:
a) 'hopper' receives items from only one input(i.e. from only one hopper)
b) 'hopper' stops receiving items from all inputs(i.e. the 3 outer hoppers don't have any items)
c) 'hopper' reaches its maximum item capacity (x64 in each slot or 1 non-stackable item in each of the hoppers 5 slots)
Check out this video for my exact reproduction Watch the entire video it will hopefully make this description understandable.
Environment
Java 7 (latest update)
Windows 8.1
Created Issue:
Items do not go into chest from a Hopper while it is receiving items
I tested this using two different items that stack to 64
When a hopper is receiving items(and its 5 slots aren't fully maxed) either from another hopper or from collecting drops, it stops sending items into chests & trapped chests until the hopper that is pointing into the chest has its five slots filled to max with 5 stacks of 64 items.
In version 1.5.2 the hopper that is receiving items and doesn't have its 5 slots full (max) would still send items to the chest even though it is receiving items.
Affects all versions past 1.5.2. (1.6.1-14w11b) I confirmed this.

Please post an exact screenshot of your setup here, I am unable to reproduce using my interpretation.
You can check the "Block: minecraft:hopper/" in debug screenshots for my hopper configuration or check this video. I also made the description clear and more understandable.
Confirmed 14w31a and 14w30c.
Thank you for fixing.
