MC-5654Flint & Steel won't be replaced in hotbar when using pick block.
When in Creative mode and the hotbar is full and flint & steel is selected, using pick block function on a block that isn't already in the hotbar won't work. Flint & steel won't be replaced as expected.

MC-327, please use the search function to see if your bug has already been submitted. Currently over 35% of tickets are being closed as duplicate.I did but I was only looking for open issues, sorry about that. By the way it is a good opportunity to add that there is no indication in the wiki that justifies this behavior as normal.
