MC-63191Held Player Heads do not show the skin
Whenever I hold player heads with skins, they do not show up with the skin. In the below picture, I use my head and nothing appears.

It's fixed as far as I know. I had done this right when 1.8 came out, but when doing the same thing (using /give command) the player head shows up now.

They do, just place it and break it in survival

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.
