MC-6480Detector Rails Output without being powered.
As the same bug has been in bugs MC-5788 and MC-6105, detector rails output redstone power to blocks without a minecart on top of it. Bug MC-5788 was scratched out as a duplicate of MC-6105, but this bug has arisen once again. I attempted to make a system that auto-loads and auto-unloads items with the new hoppers, but as the pictures show, I am unable to. I confirmed that it was in fact the detector rail by removing it and all other blocks, and the problem persisted.
