MC-84027Enderdragon does not get affected by the spectral arrow.
When you shoot a spectral Arrow at a mob, it will display a white border around the mob or whatever it does, but when you shoot the spectral Arrow at the enderdragon, it will not affect him.

-Shoot a spectral Arrow at the enderdragon.
