MC-90064/replaceitem not working with Elytra
Steps to reproduce:
1. Type in the following command:
/replaceitem entity @p slot.armor.chest minecraft:elytra
2. There is no step 2
Environment
Windows 10 Pro (64 Bit)
Java 8 (64 Bit)
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4500U CPU @ 1.80GHz
RAM: 8 GB DDR3 RAM
