MC-90195Skeleton Spawners create huge lags. It keeps spawning Non moving Skeletons and there will be like 50+ in a spawner room, which made my fps go down from 200 to 11.

What I expected to happen was...:
A normal working spawner

The Skeletons should just spawn a walk around, and stop spawning after like 4 spawned
What actually happened was...:
There were more than 50 skeletons not moving in a room , causing huge fps drops.
