MC-97806Non- centered sheild in item frame
its pretty small, but when you put a sheild, no mater if it has a banner decoration or not, the sheild wont be centered inside of a item frame. i just thought i would put this up becaouse its kina annoing

I can confirm this behavior, although it's not really a bug as more of a design flaw if anything.
