When I launched the launcher, I found that I can download the game. but my network didn't good, so I restarted the launcher then I can't download the game, there was a button(Buy Now)

The game doesn't release till the 26th so downloading the game isn't possible till then. Wait till the game is released and if the issue persists, make another report.
