I am unable to log into my minecraft account from the launcher or online. I may have forgotten my password but when I request a change password email, I never get it. I know my email must be correct but I have no idea what to do. Please help.

this is one hundred percent not resolved. i came to this site BECAUSE i already read that article and it provided no resolution. is there sincerely no way to actually connect with a living person and resolve this within like, a matter of seconds? i haven't had my account for months and i am at a brick wall with getting help.
i have no idea what the problem is. that's why i'm here and asking for help. links to pre established tips and advice is not helpful.
Hi Patrick Drennan, I'm afraid this is not something the Launcher Team can help you out with. You would either have to contact Mojang Customer Support directly, or perhaps make a bug report about it in the WEB project.
It also sounds like it could be an issue with your email provider - check that you have not received this email in the spam folder, or that you email provider isn't blocking emails from Mojang.
