I have updated the drivers, personally inserted OpenGL into the java folder and uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times. Nothing is working. Every time I try to launch the game I am hit with the same pop up that leads me right back to where I started.

Intel Core i7-7700k Processor

Hi Josie, I'm afraid you can't install OpenGL by just inserting it into the Minecraft folder. This is something that is provided to Minecraft via your graphics driver. In your case it is reporting to Minecraft as not compatible with OpenGL, which the game requires.
You'll have to update your drivers or contact the manufacturer. You can also try asking Community Support for assistance.
