1. We click the Minecraft Icon to play the game...
2. then we click the Login button...the Mojang screen pops up and then quickly disappears. Then a message comes up saying "a fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment:*

Okay...so I went to the technical support site and they directed me back to you...any suggestions?
My computer is saying that Minecraft is not compatible with my computer, but my kids have been playing it for months. Is there anyway to uninstall it and reinstall it without having to pay for it again? Here is the message I get when we try to log on:

And I mentioned above that I did use the Mojang Support Center and they directed me back to you. I downloaded Java 7 yesterday before I contacted you all and that didn't help. Thanks for trying to help.
