MCL-20720Minecraft Launcher only allows demo play of Java Edition despite owning full game
My Minecraft Launcher for Java Edition Minecraft on my desktop computer will only allow play of the demo version not the full version, despite owning the full version of Minecraft. The launcher works fine on my laptop
I have ensured that I'm logged into the correct account, double checking that I have a Minecraft profile listed at my [Minecraft profile page|https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/profile.] I've logged out and logged back in, as well as deleted and reinstalled the Minecraft Launcher. Additionally, the launcher now shows an incorrect profile name, simply reading "Player" as opposed to the correct profile name listed on my Minecraft profile page. Clicking the "Try again" button at the bottom of the launcher also doesn't help, it only shows three gray dots for a few seconds and then goes back to reading "Try again".
