MCL-323Launcher does not remember that 13w21a was Downloaded
The Launcher still says "Will Be Downloaded" even after it has been downloaded. I looked into it and it is because in the "versions" Folder in ".minecraft" The 13w21a File does not have a "13w21a.json" File.
