The bug came again, I can't download 1.13 pre release 5, it's says error, can't download the new pre release, or open minecraft please fix this. I did anything but nothing helped. I can't open minecraft now!!!

The bug came again, I can't download 1.13 pre release 5, it's says error, can't download the new pre release, please fix this
And now it's not as before, now you have to downlod ANY file.
If I want to download a pre release of 1.13 I have to go into any of the 256 object folders, any of the 256 skins folder and, any of the <exited folder> items, and this very annoying

Please attach the crash report (.minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
If no crash report was created, please attach the launcher log (.minecraft/launcher_log.txt) here.
Once attached, the report will be reopened automatically.

This problem from the new java version in Minecraft launcher, I have changed java version from 1.8.0_51 to 1.8.0_171, now the game works well.
