MCL-9783Reinstalled windows on computer, now Minecrat does not work
Been a member and player of Minecraft for years. Had to reinstall OS after wiping computer clean due to malware issue. Reinstalled Minecraft, and have benn getting the following error message, ("The game crashed whilst initializing game Error: java.lang.IllegalStateException: GLFW error 65542: WGL: The driver does not appear to support OpenGL" ). Search web for fix to no avail. Updated drivers. If the program worked before, why will it not work now?

Windows 7, 32 bits
Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM)2 CPU, 6400@2.13 GHz 2.13 GHz
Ram: 6 GB
video card: Radeon X1600 Series, ATI Technologies, memory 1.5 GB
Java: Version 8, update 171

MC-297/MC-128302.This is known to be a problem with your computer.
– Update your graphics card drivers. (Do not rely on automatic updates)
– If you are using Java arguments to increase the amount of memory, please reduce it to the default 512MB.
