MCPE-153441Dispensers can't dispense directly to flower pots
It has been since the beginning of Pocket Edition. When I was experimenting, the dispenser block won't place a flower directly into the flower pot. Instead, either the flower is dropped from the dispenser or you have to place the flower manually.
