Hello, this problem has appeared for quite a long time, so I am extremely outraged why Mojang does not want to fix it. The fact is that Minecraft puts an extremely low load on the discrete video card R5 m330, as a result of which the fps is from 10 to 20. But if you use the built-in video card R5 graphics, the performance is at the level it should be (40-50 fps, somewhat worse than it was in the early version, but not so catastrophic).Video cards are of the same generation(GCN 1.0) and work properly (Amd unfortunately does not update drivers for them anymore)

Sounds like an AMD problem. If AMD stopped updating drivers to their graphics cards don't expect game developers to do it for them - games just use functions that graphics drivers APIs provide.
