i was looking through the marketplace and found a back item that cost -1 coin and i try to buy it because it so cheep and i liked it but it says error

not geting cape for voteing and marketplace problem
i voted on the web version signed in and when i herd that if we had voted we would get a cape but i did not get it sadly.
2nd problem

Please do not include any private information in bug tracker reports.
As explained in the Bug Tracker Guidelines, we are not able to access your account from here.
For account issues please visit the Minecraft Help Center.Only one issue is allowed per bug report. However, issues with not receiving capes are Invalid here on the bug tracker.

it say it has a network error but i was connected to my wifi
i think this is the only item that is a negative cost
and Umija5895 you were the same person from my old bug report that cool
i do not know if this happens on other devices
can anyone confirm this problem?
