MCPE-20359levitaion is broken when used in /effect command
when you do /effect @p levitation 60 it gives you the levitation effect but instead of slowly going up it make u slowly go down like if you are landing with an umbrella, the levitation effect itself is not broken cuz i tried using a shulker and the levitation worked as normal
