Ok, before 1.1 you could see much better underwater with night vision but in 1.1.3 its the same as seeing underwater with and or without night vision. I was planning to defeat an ocean monument but I couldn't see a thing! This was not like this in 1.0.
I have the same problem. It's pretty irritant, but I also think Night-vision isn't for helping seeing underwater
