MCPE-33809blocks will not drop when blown up by tnt in survival mode
When you blow a breakable block like dirt. after the blow up dirt blocks there will be no items.
When there should be some drops. Tested in survival mode and yes title drops were on.

If this was done in creative mode then its not a bug. Try doing it it survival mode.
I also did it in survival still no drops
Was the world tested, set to default creative (when you tested in survival)?
It may still be a bug if blocks don't drop if the default was creative, I am just wondering if I you are getting the same results as I am.
tested it now. when I switch to default gamemode to survival mode the items will drop
when in default creative mode the items will not drop
When asking about this issue, I was notified about a q ticket depicting the same issue. Resolved as a duplicate of
MCPE-23498.
