MCPE-67861Clouds render in front of glass (and other transparent blocks)
All types of glass, nether portals and possibly other transparent blocks do not render when in a cloud when looking horizontally and from above. Inside the cloud the mist does not render so its fine.
For some reason, looking from beneath renders in correctly. On nether portals, the portal blocks beneath the cloud renders in but those in and above are invisible.

Fair point, but i feel like this is slightly different from
MCPE-29406, where it is about the clouds being in buildings but this is about a visual bug where the blocks are completely not appearing when being looked at certain angles through clouds.I think you are correct, so based on the new info you provided we will change this to link to
MCPE-37896instead.
