I have killed villagers and the iron golem agro on me and reman agro on me even after I have Died, have gone far away from the golems and I have left the game and they reman agro.

This is supposed to happen, they see you as a threat to the villagers so they keep you away. it will stop after a while, trading with the villagers should speed it up.
I just reloged and its fixed for some odd reason.
but it still could be a bug maybe not
