The owner of the helms world is Xdddragond, but even him can't enter our helms world after the update. I would like to get my problem solve ASAP because the helms is a monthly payment

Has everyone updated to version 1.19.21? You can check the version on the first Minecraft screen.
The owner might also try Closing and Reopening the realm to see if that forces the realm itself to update if it has not already.
