I'm having problems connecting one village to another via rails, the cart doesn't reach the other village, they are about 300 blocks away, I did it with a curve, when I'm in the cart, it works normally, but if it's alone , does not work

Had the same problem.
The minecarts need to be within ticking distance to move. A workaround is adding the rail system as a ticking area using the tickingarea command:

Is this only happening on a Dedicated Server, Featured Server, realms, multiplayer or singleplayer? What plaform/device are you using?

I'm playing on realms, 2 players, we play on Windows, in the bedrock version, when we activate the cart, it moves as far as you can see, and then stops on the track, if I walk towards it, it keeps moving
On a Realm, the Simulation Distance is usually limited to 4 chunks in a generally circular area beyond the chunk the player(s) are standing in. So the maximum range is between 64 and 80 blocks from the player. If the village you are sending the minecart to is 300 blocks away, that would require at least a 19-chunk Simulation Distance.
